Custom-made optical products (such as prescription lenses) are individually crafted to your specific prescription and are therefore non-refundable once the production process has begun. We stand by the quality of our frames and offer adjustments and warranty assessments within a specified period post-purchase, subject to our clinic's specific refund and exchange policies.
